Monday afternoon nature kyaking tour of the lake.
Monday evening some scouts toured the firetower and museum at the far north end of Camp Many Point. Many Point has a very rich history of having benefitted from the vision and wisdom of those with strong beliefs in the value of scouting.
Selected views of camp life.
Including some high jinks ...
Bob Oen, the banker, is a popular guy after dinner.
Tuesday afternoon SuperTroop service project. We split up into groups tackling trail maintainance, Chapel preparation, spreading sawdust around the climbing tower, and repairing the rockers on the porch of the Voyageur lodge.

Tuesday afternoon's water polo match between the "Death Eaters" and the "Order of the Pheonix". We can't tell you who won, of course ... but you can bet everyone played their hearts out and enjoyed a good dunking in the lake.

Tuesday afternoon's "Ironman" competition where teams compete in an out-and-back canoe, swim around the swimming area, and up-the-road-a mile or so-and-back running race. The scouts take this event pretty seriously as the mettle of all particiapants is tested mightily in the hot afternoon sun.

Soaking up some of the wisdom of Kings Salomon during Tuesdsay evening Vespers. The Voyageur Chapel is built right into a steep hillside overlooking Many Point Lake. Hard not to be appreciative of God's creation, our forefather's vision for a northern scout camp, and our parent's support in this setting..jpg)
